GENERAL PRINCIPLES
The terms and conditions below apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) to PEP ITS on the PEP ITS website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By placing your order on the website, you agree to respect all the terms and conditions presented in this document. We therefore advise you to read the general conditions before placing your order on our site.
The products presented on the PEP ITS website on a given date does not guarantee that these items will be available at any time. PEP ITS reserves the right to discontinue the sale of certain products at any time, to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice to the buyer. The version of the general conditions that will apply to your order will be the one that appears on the PEP ITS website at the time of placing your order.
Article 1: Completeness - Subject – Entry into force - Duration
The buyer accepts without reservation all the provisions of these general conditions of sale. PEP ITS undertakes to respect its role as reseller under these conditions.
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by PEP ITS, owner of the website www.pep-its.com to users and customers. These terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of signature of the purchase order and shall be concluded for the period necessary for the supply of the ordered products, until the warranties have been extinguished.
Article 2: Registration and validation of the order
The buyer, after validating his cart, must indicate his contact details and the desired delivery address. Once the order has been validated, the buyer accepts these general conditions of sale. All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale on the PEP ITS website.
Article 3 : Order confirmation
Sending an email by PEP ITS acknowledges receipt of the order and its validation. The buyer will be informed by email, if however the ordered product was unavailable for sale. In such case, the order for this product will be cancelled and refunded, the rest of the order will be validated firmly and definitively. The buyer must verify that the information he provides when ordering from PEP ITS is correct. In case of input errors, PEP ITS could not be responsible in any way for the consequences that could cause on the delivery (delay or delivery error). In case of redirection, the costs will be borne by the customer.
Article 4 : Evidence of the transaction
All computerized documents archived by PEP ITS or its partners will be considered as proof of order, communication and payment between the two parties.
Article 5 : Information about products
PEP ITS presents on its website products valid only within the limits of available stocks. However, if a product is not in stock, PEP ITS informs the customer as soon as possible, in order to propose another product or to cancel the order.
PEP ITS presents products and describes them as accurately as possible. Should there be errors or omissions in the product description, PEP ITS shall not be liable. In particular, computer screens modifying the actual colors of the products, there may be a difference between the photos of the site and the colors in the real.
Article 6 : Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros all taxes included and excluding customs charges. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the import possibilities of the ordered products.
The prices of the products are also offered excluding delivery costs - shipping, packaging and packaging. The delivery costs will be indicated in the customer’s shopping cart, before final validation of the order. The entire payment is made at the time of the order, the sums paid cannot be considered as a deposit or deposit. Article 7 : Payment method
Once the user validates his payment, the saved order becomes irrevocable. The amount indicated on the order is the amount due by the buyer.
The buyer will have the choice when validating his order between different payment methods:

PEP ITS will refuse any order or delivery in case of existing dispute with the buyer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the buyer, refusal of authorization of payment by bank card of the banking institutions.
If we do not receive the required payment authorization from your bank, we will not be held responsible for the delay or failure to deliver the products and we will not be able to honour your order.
Article 8 : Delivery
PEP ITS delivers worldwide.
Once the order has been validated and credited by the buyer, PEP ITS will send the order within 24 to 48 working hours.
PEP ITS operates its deliveries through third-party service providers. To allow you to choose the delivery method that best meets your needs; Please refer to the delivery page of the site (link to page).
If your delivery country is located outside the EU or in DROM-COM, your package may be charged customs duties, import duties or various taxes in force in your country of residence not included in the final amount of your order. It is up to you, if you receive an email or a call about it from the customs office, to pay these fees to recover your order. If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us. Our customer service will then proceed to the partial refund of your order being obliged to deduct the shipping costs and customs fees. The ordered products will be delivered to the address entered by the customer when taking the order. In case of absence during delivery, the customer will receive a notice of passage allowing him to pick up his parcel from an agency for approximately 15 days. After this period, the parcel is returned to PEP ITS which reserves the right to refund the order, the shipping costs remaining at the expense of the customer.
In the case of a non-compliant address, preventing the shipment, the new shipping costs for the redirection of the parcel will be at the customer’s expense.
In the event of significant shipping delays, strikes, loss of parcels due to postal services, the liability of PEP ITS could not be incurred.
The ordered products will be the property of the buyer once the payment of the total amount of the order made (price of the products and shipping costs).
Despite the care taken by PEP ITS in preparing packages, a product may be missing. The buyer will verify the conformity of the products received upon receipt of his order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged parcel, order error) must be notified within a maximum of 3 days after receipt of the parcel, to the customer service of PEP ITS via the contact form (link to contact page). Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected and PEP ITS will be released from all liability and reserves the right to ask the buyer to return the defective product to him.
PEP ITS, once these conditions have been met, will either exchange or refund the defective product or send the missing product back.
In the event of an error in the logistics department of PEP ITS during the preparation of the order, the customer will return the product in its original postal packaging and the customer will be reimbursed for the postal costs incurred in simple dispatch.
Article 9 : Right of withdrawal
We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we try, in general, to handle your complaints with flexibility and speed.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have the right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days without invoking any reason, from the day of receipt of the order, to return at your own expense and according to the method of delivery of your choice, Items that do not satisfy you. Before any return and in order to assert your right of withdrawal, we thank you in advance to send us a complaint message via the contact form (link to contact page) by entering «Refund» in the subject line of your message and tell us the number of your order.
In the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer may request the refund of the sums paid, the return costs remaining at the expense of the customer. PEP ITS will not be required to reimburse additional charges if the customer opts for a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method proposed.
PEP ITS will reimburse you the amounts owing using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction. This refund will take place at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the returned product to PEP ITS.
Article 10 : Responsability
PEP ITS has an obligation of result for all stages of order taking as well as for stages after the conclusion of the contract. PEP ITS shall not be liable in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence. Similarly, PEP ITS cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet (breach of service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses). In case of force majeure, PEP ITS will notify the client as soon as possible, following the occurrence or threat of this event. During the case of force majeure, the parties will consult as soon as possible in order to determine together the methods of execution of the order.

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantees in force:

Article 12 : Intellectual property
All elements of www.pep-its.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of PEP ITS.
No one is authorized to reproduce, operate, rebroadcast, or use for any reason, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound.
Any simple link or hypertext is strictly prohibited without an express agreement of PEP ITS.
PEP ITS is entitled to refuse the reproduction of texts or images in violation of public order, human dignity and morality.

Article 14 : Archiving – Evidence

The computerized records of www.pep-its.com constitute a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. They will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, terms, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Article 15 : Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The court competent in case of dispute will be that of Angoulême (Near the place of residence of the defendant). The Website complies with French law, and under no circumstances does PEP ITS give any guarantee of compliance with the local law applicable to you, as soon as you access the Website from other countries.
These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without notice by PEP ITS, the applicable terms being those in force on the date of the order made by the customer.
